@notdefining provides info, support and community for those with complex, undefined, fluid or mixed orientation, gender and identity. We support you in finding your best self, however you define.

We provide education, group sessions, 1:1 specialist coaching, advocacy, signposting, resources and so much more, all within a welcoming, inclusive and caring environment.

You don’t have to identify with any label or have things figured out. We’re here to help you explore with zero judgement.

A place for you

We are here for you whatever you are going through, even if it feels weird or doesn’t make sense. We are a place for asking those questions you always wanted to ask but never could.

We talk about the things that don’t get talked about, the grey areas and the odd bits of our human experience. We believe that people heal by being safe enough to express the wholeness and complexity of themselves.
